MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad with 3+ years at Kantar Group. Managing day-to-day operations since 2016 and guiding the society through macroeconomic challenges including demonetisation and COVID-19.

Branch Manager
15+ years in microfinance, associated with the society since inception in 2013. Helped grow the women SHG loans category in Jaipur.

Credit Officer
6+ years with the society, managing member creditworthiness and field operations including loan disbursement, collections, and inspection.

10+ years in loan recovery (hard and soft collections), working to keep NPAs low and ensure a seamless recovery process.
